The Herman brothers have been obsessed with fishing their whole lives. And if there's one thing they know, it's how to create the ultimate experience on a body of water. They're building one-of-a-kind waterfront creations that you've never seen before. There's a lot of fun to be had when you live a "Lake Life".
With so many family members frequenting their parent's lakefront property, the Hermans decide to give Mom and Dad a place to rest and relax. They build a 10,000 lb. floating volcano-themed fishing cabin where Dad can fish and Mom can sun.
It's all about the Fiddlers. First, the Hermans infuse sun and fun into a double decker dock for Jake and Laura Fiddler. Then, the Hermans hook up Grandpa Fiddler with a cool scuba system perfect for swimming with fishes.
The Hermans build a fort-themed treehouse for a family's grandsons and a princess tower for their granddaughters. In addition, they put together a paintball course for the whole family.
The Nelsons call on the Hermans to help them turn their cluttered garage into the ultimate lakeside hangout. They build an interior with a gaming area, lounge area, fireplace, full kitchen and custom furnishings including a murphy bed. In addition, they build a new recreational dock.
Baseball star Jim Thome calls in the Hermans to bring new life into his old cabin. They strip the cabin down to its studs and give the cabin the desired mountain feel using repurposed materials. Then they add a new staircase, custom kitchen with lakeview windows and new finishing and appliances. Finally they give the exterior a facelift with new siding, roofing, doors and landscaping.
Pastor Ritch asks the Hermans to help their congregation enjoy the church's grounds. They build a patio with a view of the lake, a walkway down to an extra large fire pit and a gazebo to hold weddings and events. They also erect a large dock on the lake to be used for full-immersion baptisms as well as a great fishing spot.
